The module standard size design is 250mm*250mm
1/ 16 scanning,low current, low heat, high contrast 5000:1, high brightness and high gray level, refresh ≥ 1920hz, 12-16bit gray level, and the image shows no delay and no dragging;
The surface of P2.9Stage LED Screen Floor Tiles is treated to prevent slipping and reduce the risk of accidents.
It is made with mask for the PC + composite materials, with UV function that resist wear and scratches from regular use.
The screen can withstand pressure from walking, pushing carts, or placing equipment.
High loading weight reached around 2T/SQM (The car can run over the LED floor screen).
Each module has hundreds of independent force columns, light beads and PCBs are not subjected to force, the load-bearing security. Load-bearing safety is guaranteed.
Product Application and Installation
The LED floor screen adopts a simple modular design, making installation straightforward and efficient. No complex tools or professional training is required. The process can be completed in a few basic steps:
Step 1: Install Foot Support
Place and fix adjustable foot supports on the ground according to the layout.
Ensure all supports are level to maintain a flat and stable base.
Step 2: Place the LED Tile
Align the LED tile with the foot support structure.
Carefully lower and position the tile into place.
Step 3: Connect Power and Signal Cables
Connect the power cable and data cable to the corresponding ports on the tile.
Make sure connections are secure to ensure stable operation.
Step 4: Complete Installation
Once the tile is connected and secured, repeat the process for the remaining units.
After all tiles are installed, the screen is ready for use.
